Have you ever looked at how small the Milky Way actually is in relation to the known universe?…and inversely how massive it is in relation to our little tiny solar system?…the magnitude of it all is enough, if I let the gravity of it take hold, cause me to come undone. It’s sufficient to feel all alone and cold…and I am not really sure how to feel about it…and I want to throw my hands in the air and demand that I been shown what it’s all about. But then out of the cold sweat and hot head…my own voice tells me to come in closer and feel the air across my moving hands…to calm and close my eyes and see everything I need to know. Round and round we go…sometimes the light is salvation and sometimes so is the darkness…and I realize that every breath and star gazing moment is the glorious reveal of what it’s all about. This life…for each of us…is not something we take – it’s given.
