I wonder about humanity sometimes…especially when I take a few minutes to check in on the news feed of my Facebook Page.  What I appreciate about FB is the ability to leave a timeline of experiences and events for my own personal archive, and to share with my ‘friends’…and fare enough, some I have never met before…but mostly for the folks who have a real place and presence in my life.  This I believe is the great opportunity of legacy that FB provides…and it’s what I appreciate, for the most part, about my friends posts and feeds…the opportunity to share a bit of their day, wins and losses, challenges and successes, and understand and know them just a little bit better – for this I am thankful. So I wonder about the purpose of the useless filler and nonsense that some people post…the stuff that says nothing about the individual, but really says everything about them – if you take my meaning…all of which seems a tremendous opportunity squandered and wasted.  So…time to weed my FB inventory of friends…later, and all the best.
