I have had the privilege and opportunity of being connected with Rotary and Rotarian’s for ever a decade now…and what I can say with absolute conviction is that they are quite simply the most generous, inspirational people I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with. No exception is Mr. Bob Blacker (Past District Governor & Leader Government House/Rotary Literacy and Community Building Project) whose dedication and commitment to Malahat Nation’s Kwunew Kwasun Cultural Resource Centre is unending, and without whom this essential community project would not have been possible.
