It’s not that our youthful neighbors are noisy…okay well it is a bit – no need to feign my irritation…I mean come on, our houses are like 10 feet apart and my bedroom window practically faces your front door.  So when you have a party and open all your windows and doors, turn up the music and your friends start their alcohol induced yipp’n and hollering – coming and going…and hot boxing in their cars – doors slamming…it tends to wake me up, and more than slightly pisses me off.  Now I am 43 – 44 in a few short weeks, sigh – I’m past all this child’s play…but, I have been there and I get it so I throw a pillow over my head and do my best to tune all of you out.  Live and let live, that’s my motto…I tend to rely on karma to take care of these things…I got more important things to focus on.  Imagine my appreciation at the scene this morning when I saw the large tree across the back of your pick-up truck.  Let me explain, for whatever reason last night I was exhausted and literally went to bed the second we put the kids down – 7:30pm – and I slept peacefully until 6am – it was exactly what I needed.! Thank you so much for parking your truck where you did last night to break the fall of that large tree…if you hadn’t it, it would have come crashing down right outside my bedroom window, likely taking out the fence dividing our property.  If not for your truck stopping the fall, it would have surely been quite a calamity in the middle of the night and most certainly would of woke me from my much needed sleep and rest. Wonderfully, I heard nothing and slept soundly…truly sorry about your truck though…next time turn your music down.
