Part of Project 75 (and I am thinking of getting t-shirts and completing a whole branding exercise – not because it will be this big business opportunity thing, but because it will make the legacy of Project 75 real and accountable to me) is to treat my body a whole lot better than use to.  The hardest part about living ‘the good life’ is sometimes just being honest with yourself…it’s a little to easy to believe your own propaganda and rhetoric, and ignore the obvious because…well, it’s just to damn easy, lol.  Along with this personal accountability to yourself, there is also a reckoning of competing truths…a battle of conscious vs. subconscious agendas, which is not so much a battle of wills but more so about achieving pure self-awareness.  Because the truth of the matter is simply that we are 100% responsible for every facet and aspect of our lives…it is not a shared duty of spouse, god or boss…or for that matter craving, temptation or inducement…nor country, friend or enemy.  Therein lies the reveal and the secret…it’s owning everything…and living well accordingly.

About Lawrence Lewis

I do a number of things professionally...but most of all and the true purpose of what I do through "my work" is to provide for my family, be a good husband and great father, and try to make a difference as a world citizen...I guess it's not much more complicated than that 🙂
