It has been my experience…and certainly by intentional design and intellectual reduction…that all dreams in order to be achieved must first be defined in there most simple and fundamental elements.  This exercise for me is about linking the identified outcome with its basic and undeniable inputs and outputs…for example, losing weight is nothing more than basic math…consume less calories than you burn each day = lost weight.  Of course, someone is commenting that it’s not quite that easy…but the reality is that “it is really that easy”…no matter the argument, aside from some drastic invasive measures like surgery, the fundamental truth remains that you can only loose weight by consuming less calories than you need each day.  If you can wrap your head around this reality and accept it…the next steps are about creating subsequent levels of linkages to other fundamental truths…like how much you can eat to achieve this limitation is solely a function of what you chose to eat…and that what you chose to eat affects the chemistry, mechanisms and viability of your body, or more succinctly stated – your health.  This is about layering basic and essential truths onward to the higher intellectual levels, where you begin to hard-wire your psyche to make unconscious decisions that align with the foundation level truths you have accepted.  I think this philosophy or practice has application to everything in your life that is important enough for you to achieve…unlock this scenario in each instance to its basic irrefutable truths – link them with other supporting truths…and build your own foundation for success to matter the objective.
