Everyone asks do you feel good?…Do I feel better? The answer is always a resounding YES! of course…but not unequivocally because I am less almost 100 lbs of me or more than 8 inches narrower in my waist than I was 11 months ago…its far more equivocal and grounded in other truths. I feel better…
