The smell of cooked of salmon and black cod and halibut overwhelms our senses…even in the wide open outdoor space where we have all gathered…people begin to coalesce inward, drawn closer together by the enticing aromas. Someone wonders aloud about bears in the area being drawn to this feast too…she’s worried enough that she mentions…
