It took most of the day…arrived 2oooft above Penticton, BC…and then turned around and returned to Vancouver, sigh. ‘So close and yet so far’, as the saying goes…diverted by fog, which is interestingly enough the greatest threat to landing in there…especially this time of year when it can roll in and out with unpredictable certainty. Still, all is not lost, I will trade one king size bed at the Ramada for the one at the Fairmont…call it a day…and find myself some happy sleep.
