Hu! Hu! Hu!…she calls at the edge of the ancient cedar forests…it sounds like wind through the trees and sends children scurrying for the safety of fathers, and the protective embrace of mothers. She is ugly and pale and naked…a creature of the darkness from deep inside the forests canopy…dark bedraggled hair shades her eyes…
